Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition

    Lead end-to-end recruitment processes; build relationships with talent sources and collaborate on staffing needs with department heads.

  • Employee Relations:

    Address concerns and conflicts with employee; implement engagement initiatives and conduct employee satisfaction surveys.

  • Performance Management:

    Design and implement performance systems which can address performance issues and helps in facilitate annual reviews.

  • Training and Development:

    Identify training needs and encourage continuous learning with in managed training budgets.

  • HR Policies and Compliance:

    Develop and communicate policies which are ensured in compliance with laws; Conduct regular policy audits.

  • Benefits Administration:

    Administer employee benefits; provide guidance on benefits; facilitate open enrollment.

  • HR Analytics and Reporting:

    Utilize analytics for workforce trends and prepare regular HR reports.

Nice to have:

  • Master's Degree and HR Certification:

    Master's in HR, Business Administration; PHR or SPHR certification.

  • Advanced HRIS Proficiency:

    Experience with advanced HRIS platforms; Tech-savvy for streamlined processes.

  • Global HR Experience:

    Manage HR globally; Knowledge of international labor laws.
