Expectations:
The basic knowledge of Python.
Must know OOPS.
Real-life problem solver.
Database integration.
Basic Rest API knowledge.
Apache / Nginx / werkzeug knowledge.
Well-known libraries like Numpy, Panda & other useful built-in libraries.
Testing & linting tools like Pylint, Pytest, etc.
Git knowledge.
Challenges:
The Python Developer is expected to be able to perform all aspects of the development tasks, including front-end, back-end, and database development.
Write clean, secure, test-driven, easily maintainable, and modular codes.
Build reusable efficient, testable code and libraries Python modules for future use.
Collaborate and work with front-end and mobile app developers on the backend needs of projects.
Nice to have:
Different testing frameworks.
Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
Team contributor.
